Hybrid Optimization of Green Supply Chain Network and Scheduling in Distributed 3D Printing Intelligent Factory

Considering the advantages of 3D printing, intelligent factories and distributed manufacturing, printing factory has begun to rise in recent years. However, because supply chain network this kind is very complex, coupled with impact customized scheduling environmental constraints on enterprise, facing great challenge realizing green networks optimizing production at same time, thus a theoretical gap appears. This paper studies hybrid optimization factory. Firstly, according architecture factory, cost minimization model constructed. Secondly, mathematical software used solve model, plan can be worked out. Finally, through simulation analysis, it concluded that influencing factors such as demand, size capacity complicate distribution, observed carbon emission gradually become main factor affecting total cost. The study reference value for management decision making under background emissions.
